If you're in the area, it's definitely worth visiting. They have a bakery, a bar, a coffee shop, and plenty of options to commemorate the visit. Majority, if not all of it, is exclusive to Reserve locations, which are rare enough to find as it is. If you're lucky you can see a coffee roasting process from start to finish. All the employees looked to be enjoying their time there as well.

For anyone who appreciates the art of a flawless espresso and a well-crafted Martini, this spot is an absolute gem. As you step inside, you're greeted by an expansive bakery brimming with an array of exquisite pastries that tantalize the senses, each more tempting than the last. The design of the space is nothing short of breathtaking, showcasing abundant wooden elements that evoke warmth and comfort, while charming wood-burning ovens add a rustic touch and an enticing aroma that fills the air. This is a place where every detail invites you to savor the experience.

Interesting that they are open until late, we were getting out from a show at paramount theater and we took a detour to get our sweet cold brew malt! We love it with a combo of a good mushroom pizza. The place is always clean, our cashier was friendly and enthusiastic, I did not catch up his name but he was cool! Our drinks took a bit of time Because there were many trying to get theirs, but hey, that’s good no? Anyways, thank your for serving our drinks right and always smile!

The Roastery is a definite must see for Starbucks fans. The atmosphere is trendy and unique. The alcoholic drink options are plentiful and tasty. The PSL is extremely good, different from what is served at the regular cafe locations. There are lots of bakery and sandwich options as well. Apparel and collectables are also available, offering some nice gift options. Go to the Reserve, you will enjoy the experience.

Great experience! This place is lovely. Food was also delicious, but while you are there, the Expresso Martini is a MUST! We ordered the Pumpkin Chi Expresso Martini and to say it was amazing is an understatement! A visit to the Starbucks Reserve is mandatory while in Seattle! They offer tours, which is something id love to do next time.

Wow, such a great experience here on our recent trip to Seattle. It was busy inside but we still managed to grab a seat at the bar after exploring a little. We wanted to try a little bit of everything and clearly needed an afternoon pick me up. All of the espresso martinis were so fun and good! The cheesecake was the perfect snack to balance it all out. Our server was so fun and friendly. They even gave us a couple fun suggestions for the rest of our trip!

Very overcrowded Reserve Roastery. If I had to compare this location to the NY location, I would choose the NY one. But if you are in the area, definitely try since there are only a handful of Starbucks Roasteries in the world and their specialty drinks are amazing (and change all the time!). I had the Caramel Drizzle Mocha Affogato with the gelato substituted with Oatmilk gelato and that was magical. It is pricy but I would get it again in a heartbeat. The gelato was super smooth and the sweetness balanced out the amazingly espresso. Check out the roasting process and ask the staff questions! They also have Reserve only merch but pretty pricy. Like the other roasteries they have the bar experiences, bakery and the regular drink order area. Get your orders and just check out the beans being pulled and pushed across the ceiling.

No line to enter but took awhile to order a drink. There are only 6 Starbucks reserve and they have both non alcoholic and alcoholic concoctions that you can only get at their locations. The whiskey barrel aged cold brew was delicious on its open but add a splash of heavy cream to complete it.

If you're a Starbucks fan, you definitely have to visit here. Even if you're not a fan, it's worth a visit. Beautifully decorated - as expected from Starbucks. Lots of merchandise to see and buy. They have your typical coffee area, but they also have a bar area for coffee themed alcoholic drinks, and also a fresh bakery area. Every worker is Starbucks trained- so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Great place to visit to get your Starbucks souvenirs, get a drink, and have a light meal.

I have never been a huge fan of Starbucks, after all their stores have been stripped of character and any coziness, they have essentially become a utilitarian space designed for efficiency rather than comfort or charm. If all of their stores were as comfortable and elegantly decorated as the reserve roastery, they just may be worth visiting once in a while. Rather than serving the standard "everyday" coffee beans, the roastery serves a whiskey barrel aged coffee that is both bold and beautiful. The menu consists of many delicious craft drinks that you will NOT find in a standard store, accompanied by the variety of SEASONAL PRINCI SWEETS. This is the first class of Starbucks stores and a much better experience than their "coach" level stores, it is definitely worth a visit. Cheers!
